Hoojshwah is a St. Louis band built on original music, live energy, and fearless improvisation. The sound pulls from funk, blues, hip hop, jazz, jam-band chaos, and whatever else shows up when the room gets moving.

The band originated on June 11, 2020, during the COVID-19 quarantine, when longtime jamming friends started turning isolation into sound. What began as backyard and living-room music quickly turned into a steady stream of songs, shows, recordings, and strange musical adventures.
